Pine Hill Suites

Located at the northeast end of campus overlooking the village of Alfred, the Pine Hill Suites is a complex that includes seven buildings. Each has ten apartment-type suites, each of which accommodates six students. Complex capacity is 420 students plus several head resident apartments. The two Pine Hill Suite areas include Lower Pine Hill consisting of three buildings: Davis (1971), Kenyon (1971), and Shults (1974) and Upper Pine Hill consisting of four buildings: Crawford (1971), Norwood (1971), Phillips (1974), and Tredennick (1974).
